Speed Formation (SF) 2026 – A High-Speed Team Challenge in The Sky!

ABOUT THE COMPETITION
Experience the thrill in one of the year’s most entertaining skydiving competitions! Speed Formation is designed for all skill levels where strategy, speed and teamwork are in focus.

 COMPETITION FORMAT
 6 people per team + photographer (mixed certificate levels B-D)
 Maximum 6 teams (36 participants)
 4 competition rounds
 Goal: Fastest formation build of a star for all participants
 If the team does not have its own photographer, Skydive Oslo will assist with one for the team, the camera slot is paid for by the team.

 RULES & EXECUTION
 Individual ungripped exit
 Timing starts at first exit
 Formation must be held for minimum 3 seconds above 5000 ft
 Winning team: Highest points + fastest total time

 PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
 Minimum B certificate
 Audible altimeter

 DATES & TIMES
 Friday, September 4th at 19:00 PM meeting for team briefing

 Saturday, September 5th st at 09:00: Competition starts. In the evening, we will showcase videos from the competing teams, followed by an award ceremony to honor the winning team.

 Sunday September 6 nd: Reserve day (in case of bad weather)

COSTS
 Registration fee: 0 NOK
Additional: Regular jump rates, 375 NOK per slot
The photographer’s slot if the team doesn’t have their own.
