Some skydivers started out in our sport to overcome their own fears, while others see jumping as a sport with exciting opportunities for progression.
Everyone comes with different motivations, but the joy of mastering new things and pushing their own boundaries is something most skydivers have in common. Also you will discover sides of yourself that you may not have found otherwise.
With the sky as our playground, skydiving is a sport that is accessible to everyone in good health, and where everyone find themselves with equal opportunities regardless of age and gender.
We hold courses every week throughout the summer. The AFF course is the quickest route for anyone who wants to an independent skydiver.

Differences between the course packages
Skydive Oslo offers two skydiving course packages: Skydiving Course Starter and Skydiving Course All InclusiveThe difference mainly lies in the length of the course, the number of training jumps, and thereby the total training volume. Please note that an A certificate in skydiving requires 20 approved training jumps.

Skydiving Course Starter
Skydiving Course Starter consists of a detailed basic course and 7 skydives You will need to pass each skydive to progress to next level. During the course all students live on site for one week.

Skydiving Course All Inclusive
The fastest and cheapest way to become a certified skydiver! All Inclusive Skydiving Course consists of 20 Skydives.. During the course the students live at the Drop Zone for two weeks.

Course registration and payment
For all courses you must pay a minimum deposit of 4000 NOK when you register to reserve your place. The remaining amount should be paid no later than 4 weeks before the start of the course.

Step by step to register for our parachute courses
1. Make sure you meet the requirements to participate in a skydiving course; all information can be found on this page.
2. Sign up for the parachute course and pay the deposit.
3. Gjennomgå en helseundersøkelse hos valgfri lege eller helseinstitusjon.
4. Complete the health declaration online on the F/NFL website via this link: Health Declaration Online
5. Pay the accident insurance as well as the membership with the Norwegian Air Sports Federation F/NFL.
Note: Detailed information will be sent to you via email after you have registered for our skydiving courses.
Requirements
– Minimum age 16 years old. If you are under 18 years old, you will need a written declaration from both parents.
– The maximum weight limit is 100kg.
– Complete the health declaration online on the F/NFL website using this link: Health Declaration Online, and ensure that it is approved.
– In order to skydive you must have attended an approved skydiving course.
– Required insurance and membership fee must be paid trough Min Idrett before your first jump.
– We have 10 spaces for each course. If there are less than 4 booked we might consider postponing the course. You will be contacted at least 7 days before if this is the case.

Cancellation Policy
– Over a month before the course, we keep 1000 NOK.
– Between one week and one month before the course, we keep the 4000 NOK deposit.
– Less than one week before the course, we keep the total amount minus the cost of the jumps.
