For every tandem skydive booking, terms & conditions apply, please read the following carefully.

 

To confirm a tandem skydive booking, it is mandatory to pay at least a deposit of 500 NOK in advance. The remaining amount can be paid on the day of the jump on location, either by using a card payment or through Vipps. After completing the booking, you automatically agree to the terms & conditions.

 

2. Refund policy

• 500 NOK deposit: All cancellations are subject to a 500 NOK fee. We always retain this deposit, even if you paid the full amount upfront.
• 14-Day return policy: If you paid the full amount, you can request a refund (minus the 500 NOK deposit) within 14 days of your purchase date.
• Important: The refund window is always based on the date you made the purchase, never the date your jump is scheduled to take place.
• Validity & forfeiture: Payments are valid for 24 months. You are not eligible for a refund if you fail to show up, do not follow instructions, or are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

If you change your mind within 30 days after purchasing the gift card, you are entitled for a refund excluding 500 NOK administration costs.

 

The gift card is not personal, this means it is possible to transfer the gift card to a different customer. In case your jump cannot go ahead because of bad weather conditions, we can extend the refund period for a certain amount of time.

It is important to inform the person who received the gift card at least 48 hours before take-off. This is in order to mentally prepare for the skydive.

Please note that bookings made with gift cards must be completed within the validity period of the gift card, which is one year from the purchase date.

The validity period of the gift card can be extended once for an additional fee. To extend the validity period of your gift card, please contact us at tandem@fallskjerm.no.

 

In case the jump is cancelled because of a problem from our side or because of the weather, you are eligible to reschedule the jump to another date this year. If you want to reschedule for next year, an extra 500 NOK will be charged.

To cancel or reschedule your scheduled tandem jump, you must do so at least 48 hours before the agreed time. If the cancellation is not made on time, the tandem jump will be considered used.

 

You should be in good health. Read the self-declaration in the link below. This will have to be signed upon arrival.

If you are not able to sign it in good conscience, you will need a declaration from your doctor.

The minimum age is 16 years old. If you are under 18 years old, you will need a written declaration from both parents.

If you are over 80 years old, you will have to show a health certificate from your doctor.

 

The maximum weight limit is 95 kg with clothes, maximum height is 2 meters. At the day of the jump we will check everyone’s weight during check-in since it can fluctuate. If you are unsure about your weight, feel free to contact us in advance.

 

It is not allowed to skydive under the influence of alcohol or drugs. If you show up under influence, you can be denied to skydive and your right for a refund is revoked. It is also not allowed to consume anything on the dropzone during operation, regardless if the individual is going to jump or not.
