Skydive Oslo, with our modern and welcoming facilities, is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and service-minded Manifestor/Receptionist/HFL to join our vibrant team from June 15th to August 15th.
About the Role
As the heartbeat of our club, you’ll be the first friendly face that everyone sees at the dropzone. Your main goal? To keep our daily operations running smoothly, coordinating with skydivers, instructors, pilots, and the ground crew. You’ll also work hand-in-hand with the daily manager on administrative tasks, assist in event planning, and help create engaging newsletters. Part of your role will include being a Jump Field Leader (HFL).
We’re looking for someone who is:
– Positive and Reliable: You have a can-do spirit and great communication skills.
– Highly Organized: You’re a problem solver who thrives in a lively, fast-paced setting.
– Tech-Savvy: Strong computer skills are a must. Experience with the Burble booking system is a major plus!
– Service-Focused: You love providing excellent service and helping to foster an amazing atmosphere for our members, guests, and tandem students.
– Fluent in English: You need to be professional in both spoken and written English.
